Chicken Wafer is a variation on our Chicken Jerky range. It is made with skinless chicken breast that is minces and spread in a fine layer on a tray and dried. It is fantastic for treat training as it breaks into very small pieces easily and it can be eaten quickly – which is perfect for training sessions or as a quick reward to have on hand.
The treat is low in fat and crunchy, and it is a easy inside treat as there are few crumbs left.
Our treats are 100% natural and we use the La Ionica brand chicken to make all of our chicken range because the process chemical free.

100% La Ionica Chicken Necks, simply dried, with nothing added. This delicious treat is fantastic for small dogs and puppies who need a quick teeth clean, or for larger dogs who need a crunchy snack. They are also fantastic to put in a treat ball or kong, as they are an odd shape and provide a good challenge! It should also be noted that the bones in chicken necks are unaffected by the temperature at which we dry our treats, and will not splinter as cooked bones would. Whereas conventional chicken processing is carried out using a spin chilling method with drums full of ice water and bleach, La Ionica employ the European method of Air Chilling, which negates the use of any harmful chemicals that might upset your furry friend’s gut flora. The conventional method of spin-chilling with the use of chlorine during treatment has also been found to cause carcinogens to form when the chemicals come in contact with the chicken. Without the added bleach/chlorine, which can also leach into the chicken during the conventional spin-chilling method by up to 6%, you can be sure you’ve found a healthy, natural, and chemical-free snack for your pet.
